SAT:  Practice
The College Board offers free practice questions and a review of the essay on the New SAT.  An official, free, full-length practice test is also available for download when you sign up for free registration.

Peterson’s offers information and a few test question examples for most of the academic tests given via the quick links menu on the left of the page. There are also online practice tests offered for a fee.

The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency offers a wide range of services, from general financial aid advice, to FAFSA and loan application assistance, to directly awarding grant money to qualifying PA residents.

Fastweb
This is probably the most well-known scholarship database on the Internet.  Register an account and Fastweb can search its database for you, notifying you when it finds awards that match your profile. It includes aid for graduate students, as well as internship and employment opportunities.
